We ship across Europe (EU, UK, Ireland, Iceland), the United States and Canada.

Where it ships from

Orders are sent from our EU (France) and US fulfilment centres, depending on your location, so your order travels the shortest route.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery (after dispatch)

• Europe: 3–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & duties (international orders)

For deliveries outside the sender's region, any import duties or taxes required by your country are the customer's responsibility. These are set by your local customs, not by us.
