30-Day Returns

We want you to love your game. If you're not fully happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at bamwinnerco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. No complicated forms.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition (unused and in the original packaging).
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days at bamwinnerco@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
